Quality & Quantity
Your website should have quality content that will attract visitors to your website. Whether you're selling products or writing blogs, it should be interesting enough to most people. Your website should also have a variety of content, not just a few or limited products/services.

Description of services
I (Sbulelo Mzobe) am a web and software designer & developer. I'm a freelancer, not a business. I design & create websites aswell as system applications.

Fees
My labour to you will be completely free of charge, you will NOT pay for the designing of the website, the development of the website, connecting your existing domain name to the website aswell as connecting your existing online payment service account (online payment services such as PayPal, PayFast.etc) to the website. However the purchase of your domain name aswell as any fees requested by the online payment services (should you choose to intergrate it) are entirely at your cost and responsibility.

Management
I will manage your website in terms of fixing any bugs maintaining it's image, adding new content (provided by the client) such as new information, pages products and others completely free.

Customer Privacy Policy
Reasonable steps shall be taken to protect the personal information of my clients. Information such as domain names and account details. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from here.

Explicit Content
Requests for websites that may include adult content will be assertively rejected. They are strictly not allowed. These may include images or videos that show explicit content, and on some occassions even written content.

Coding Files
The coding files such as HTML & CSS files are and will remain the developer's property and in under no circumstances does the client gain rights to these files, this is done to protect my work from other developers. However if the client wishes to purchase the files separately apart from any other purchases, it is negotiable.

Ads
The catch of this entire offer is that your website will have ads. It is not a big compromise given that ad revenue only pays out when alot of people visit your website per month and also considering how much admin it is coding a website from scratch. However it won't be an overload so much that it negatively impacts the user experience. All ad revenue goes to the developer.
