Description of services
I (Sbulelo Mzobe) am a web and software designer & developer. I'm a freelancer, not a business. I design & create websites aswell as system applications.

Purchasing
The total amount paid covers designing and developing the website/system, connecting the client's existing domain name to the website aswell as connecting the client's existing online payment service account (online payment services such as PayPal, PayFast.etc) to the website. However the purchase of the client's domain name aswell as any fees requested by the online payment services (if you choose to intergrate it) are entirely at your cost and responsibility.

Refunds Policy
Clients are offered a free prototype of what their website/system will look like after it has been created, this process is done before they even commit to it being created or before any transactions have been made. They have full control over what they want it to look like and can freely make adjustments according to their liking. Therefore after a client is satisfied with the prototype and has commited to it by means of purchasing my services, the services provided will not be refundable.

Management
Managing the website/system is not part of the original purchase in which the client requests a website/system built from scratch, but is a separate and optional monthly purchase. Management might be used for maintaining things such as adding more products, options, variations, features and pages to the website/system. How it works is that a client can request management for a specific month. An amount is then determined by the developer based on the amount of work requested. The management payment will last for exactly 30days, meaning that my web/system management services will be active and at the client's disposal for the entire 30days.

Customer Privacy Policy
Reasonable steps shall be taken to protect the personal information of my clients. Information such as domain names and account details. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from here.

Explicit Content
Requests for websites that may include adult content will be assertively rejected. They are strictly not allowed. These may include images or videos that show explicit content, and on some occassions even written content.

Coding Files
The coding files such as HTML, CSS files are and will remain the developer's property and in under no circumstances does the client gain rights to these files, this is done to protect my work from other developers. However if the client wishes to purchase the files separately apart from any other purchases, it is negotiable.
